Jeane the Office Manager
Jeane is a key member of the Adore Pet Spa team who keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes. As a retired middle school teacher and athletic director—and proud UNC alum!—Jeane is a natural organizer and problem-solver. Although she isn't a groomer, her lifelong love for dogs, especially French Bulldogs, and her connection to John have made her an invaluable asset to the business.
While John focuses on the furry clients, Jeane handles all the behind-the-scenes magic. She’s the person in charge of everything from payroll and scheduling to making sure all the doggy towels are clean. She's also John's go-to for advice and a key part of the communication with our clients. Beyond the spa, Jeane is a salon manager at Ashlyn & Co. in Chapel Hill, the Pitch Clock Operator and ABS Challenges Tech for the Durham Bulls, and a passionate volunteer for Special Olympics North Carolina.
Jody the Client Care Coordinator
If you’ve texted, emailed, or messaged Adore Pet Spa, chances are you’ve already met Jody! As our Client Care Coordinator, Jody works behind the scenes helping keep schedules organized, answering client questions, and ensuring every pet and family receives exceptional care and attention.
A lifelong animal lover, Jody has experience with a wide variety of animals and owns a farm where she raises and shows horses. She has also been involved in the French Bulldog community for more than 20 years and has a deep appreciation for the dedication and care involved in raising and exhibiting dogs.
Jody’s passion for animals, attention to detail, and commitment to outstanding client service help make every Adore Pet Spa experience smooth, convenient, and stress-free. Whether she’s helping coordinate appointments or assisting with your pet’s grooming needs, Jody is always happy to help!
